Oversees all programs and operations in India—solar schools, clinics, micro-finance, and women’s technician training. Drives government liaison, CSR compliance, and operational scale-up across six states.

Operations Hub

Shubham Gupta – Operations Head, North India

 Runs field execution in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Rajasthan, and Uttarakhand (70+ live sites).

  • End-to-end delivery: site audits → procurement → commissioning
  • Vendor & budget control; strict QA/QC and safety enforcement
  • Quarterly maintenance and 48-hour service response SLA
  • Maintains a data-driven reporting system to track installations, service calls, and performance outcomes.
  • Acts as the primary liaison with CSR partners and government agencies on MOUs, compliance, and project reporting.
