Joseph Kselman – Executive Director
Joseph founded the Solar Village Project in 2014 with a vision to fight energy poverty through practical, scalable solar solutions. Based in Maryland, USA, he oversees SVP’s global strategy, partnerships, and operations, with a particular focus on India and underserved communities across the Global South. Joseph holds a degree from Indiana University and brings over a decade of experience in renewable energy and nonprofit leadership.
Jaiveer Verma – Managing Director, India Operations
Jaiveer brings over 25 + years of Business Operations experience across national & global companies, His expertise in the renewable energy is a leading driving force for SVSSPF & SVP Solar CSR initiatives and contributions all across India.
Jaiveer leads SVSSPF & SVP’s programs in India, managing complete end to end solutions and services like projects strategic planning, executions and installations, logistics, and community partnerships across all states of India. With a strong in-depth knowledge of solar industry and rural India, he ensures that all the projects are tailored to local needs and implemented with care. His leadership is central to SVSSPF-SVP’s ability to deliver high-impact solar solutions where they’re needed most.
